Raised and educated in Delhi, Vijay completed his Master’s degree in Economics from Delhi University along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, equipping him with deep expertise in financial markets, economic systems, and investment analysis. This strong academic foundation became the bedrock of his global financial career.

Vijay’s professional journey began in 2012 when he joined the Bhanushali Group in Mumbai as a Partner. This role propelled him into the world of global finance, where he collaborated with investors from 56 countries, managing cross-border opportunities and structuring large-scale funding solutions.

Aman Jain is an accomplished real estate strategist with over 4.5 years of specialised experience in land acquisition, market evaluation, and luxury residential development across India’s most competitive property markets, including Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, and Noida. Known for his analytical approach and strong business acumen, Aman currently serves as Senior Executive – Land & Luxury Sales at Godrej Properties, Gurgaon, where he contributes to strategic land sourcing, financial feasibility studies, and high-value residential sales.
Throughout his career, Aman has built a reputation for aligning market intelligence with on-ground development potential, enabling developers to identify, evaluate, and acquire high-yield land parcels. His deep understanding of micro-market behavior, regulatory dynamics, urban growth patterns, and investment psychology allows him to create scalable, data-backed strategies for land development and revenue optimization.
Before joining Godrej Properties, Aman held key roles at two of India’s leading real estate developers — Lodha Group (Pune) and Puravankara Limited (Bangalore). At Lodha, he generated ₹180+ crore in premium residential sales across flagship luxury projects and supported the company’s NRI sales expansion across GCC, Europe, and the US. His tenure at Puravankara established his foundation in channel partner management and plotted development strategies, where he contributed ₹45 crore in revenue across multiple metro markets.
Aman’s cross-city exposure and relationship-driven sales approach have enabled him to drive cumulative sales of over ₹250 crore. His achievements include recognitions such as the LACE Award for highest sales during launch and the Sprinter Award for surpassing quarterly targets.
With expertise spanning land business development, market feasibility, plotted and luxury project strategy, real estate investment advisory, and channel partner expansion, Aman brings a balanced blend of strategic evaluation and operational execution.
